About TAG Heuer
The story began in 1860, when Edouard Heuer founded his workshop in Saint-Imier. The Carrera arrived in 1963, and in 1969 the Monaco introduced a square case paired with the automatic Calibre 11 chronograph. Heuer became TAG Heuer after its acquisition by TAG in 1985, and the brand has been part of LVMH since 1999. These milestones link the original Heuer workshop to the TAG Heuer name used today.
