About Cartier

Cartier was founded in Paris in 1847 by Louis-François Cartier and combines watchmaking with a jewellery tradition. The Santos was created in 1904 for the aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont, and the Tank followed in 1917. Later designs include the Panthère, introduced in 1983, and the Ballon Bleu, introduced in 2007. Across these watches, the maison's jeweller's eye and its watchmaking sit side by side. Nautilus Dubai is an independent watch specialist and is not affiliated with Cartier.
