Stopped, slow or fast movement
A stopped watch or noticeable time deviation requires movement inspection before the appropriate repair or servicing route can be confirmed.
Independent watch care · Dubai
Independent, inspection-led Rolex watch repair and servicing in Dubai for Submariner, Datejust, GMT-Master II, Daytona and vintage references.
Whether your Rolex has stopped, is gaining or losing time, has suffered possible water exposure, or needs attention to the crown, bracelet, clasp, crystal or case, the first step is identifying the model, reference number and symptoms. We receive enquiries relating to Submariner, Datejust, GMT-Master II, Daytona and vintage Rolex references.
At our Deira Gold Souk shop, we inspect the visible condition, winding and setting functions, timekeeping symptoms, service history, moisture risk, bracelet and clasp condition, and any supporting papers before recommending the appropriate repair or servicing route.
Typical timing is confirmed after inspection. An initial inspection is always free and usually takes about 30 minutes. If accurate diagnosis requires opening the watch or disassembling components, we explain the separate paid technical assessment before proceeding. General service typically involves about one working day for the work followed by two days of evaluation and testing; polishing usually takes one to three working days. Fault complexity and original-part availability can extend these timings.
Nautilus provides a one-year warranty on workmanship it performs. The warranty does not cover customer misuse, accidental or personal damage, or a new technical fault unrelated to the original work. It covers our workmanship and is not an authenticity guarantee.
