Nautilus Dubai is an independent luxury and vintage watch specialist at Shop 15, One Deira Mall, in the heart of Deira Gold Souk. We buy, sell and repair watches, while assisting collectors, residents, traders and visitors with servicing, restoration, polishing, authentication and condition assessment, spare-parts support and private watch sourcing. Every recommendation begins with a careful in-person inspection.
As an independent specialist, we assess each watch on its own terms. Nautilus is not affiliated with any manufacturer, which allows us to examine a piece, set out the options available to you, and leave the decision where it belongs. Some watches require comprehensive servicing; others need only minor attention. We explain what is appropriate after inspection.
Our process starts with a physical inspection of the watch. Providing the brand, model, reference number, photographs and a description of the condition in advance helps our team prepare for your visit. However, the final scope of work, estimated cost and expected timeframe are confirmed only after the watch has been examined in person. Work proceeds after the proposed service and cost have been discussed and approved. Any authentication or condition assessment is based on physical inspection and does not represent certification by the manufacturer.
We work with luxury and vintage watches from Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Omega, Cartier and other established Swiss watchmakers. Selected pre-owned watches may also be available to view, subject to availability.
