Cartier Tank Solo W5200027 – Original Dial with Aftermarket Diamonds, Steel

The Cartier Tank Solo (ref. W5200027) shown here has been sold by Nautilus Dubai and remains in our catalogue for reference. The Tank, created by Louis Cartier in 1917, takes its lines from the tanks of the First World War and remains one of the defining rectangular watches.

The watch features a 31 mm case in stainless steel, an original dial with aftermarket diamonds added and an automatic (self-winding) movement. It is recorded in excellent condition. Box and papers are not recorded for this piece.

Please note: the diamonds on the dial were added after the watch left Cartier (aftermarket); the dial itself is recorded as original.

Nautilus Dubai is an independent watch specialist and is not affiliated with Cartier. From our Gold Souk workshop we buy, sell, service and restore luxury watches, and every piece we offer is examined by our watchmakers before sale.
