The Rolex Air-King (ref. 5500) shown here has been sold by Nautilus Dubai and remains in our catalogue for reference. The Air-King name dates to the 1940s and honours the pilots of the Royal Air Force; reference 5500 was one of Rolex's longest-running models.

The watch features a 34 mm case in stainless steel, a blue dial and an automatic (self-winding) movement. It dates from 1981. It is recorded in good condition. Box and papers are not recorded for this piece.
