Physical inspection and quotations
Physical inspection is required before final service advice, repair timing, authentication conclusions, or formal quotations. There is no fixed quotation before inspection, and photos are preliminary only.
Authentication terms
Authentication requires in-person inspection at our boutique. Photos may help us prepare, but we do not confirm authenticity from photos and we do not promise a final opinion before specialist inspection.
Buying, selling, and sourcing
Watch buying, selling, and sourcing are subject to inspection, availability, condition, documentation, and commercial agreement. An online form or WhatsApp message does not guarantee a purchase offer, sale, sourcing success, or final price.
Spare parts
Spare parts availability is not guaranteed until checked. Compatibility depends on the exact watch, reference number, year, condition, and available genuine or compatible options.
